By placing an order on

1. Eligibility for Replacement
We offer
replacement only for eligible products within
7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The replacement request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, alteration, or washing.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for replacement.
2. Replacement Process
If your replacement request is approved:
- Our support team will provide replacement instructions.
- The original product may need to be returned before the replacement is dispatched.
- Replacement products are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect product
- A wrong size due to our error
Please contact us within
48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:
- Your Order Number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
4. Products Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement requests may be rejected if:
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- The product has been altered in any way.
- The request is based on normal wear and tear.
- The damage was caused by improper handling or misuse.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are typically processed and credited within 3-5 business days to original payment method .only if it approved by ( NAVYA TEXTILES )
We provide
replacement only, subject to the eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.
Refunds may only be considered if:
- The ordered product is permanently unavailable for replacement.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control.
- A refund is required under applicable law.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless:
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- A damaged or defective product was delivered.
- The replacement is approved due to our error.
8. Return Policy
All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

If the returned product does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, the replacement request may be declined and the product may be returned to the customer.
9. Replacement Delivery Time
After approval and receipt of the returned product (where applicable), replacement orders are generally dispatched within
5–10 business days, subject to product availability and delivery location.
10. Limitation of Liability
KWINGS shall not be liable for:
- Delay caused by courier partners.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Failure to receive replacement due to customer unavailability.
- Minor variations in product colour caused by screen settings.
